The third edition of Art in Pages brought together a curated collection of sketchbooks by talented local artists, alongside the work of two visiting artists, Ahmed Hamidi from France and Zahra AlMahdi from Kuwait, who presented their work in Oman for the first time.
The exhibition offered an intimate look into the artists’ creative worlds, revealing their ideas, observations, experiments, and personal journeys through the pages of their sketchbooks. Each book became a window into a different artistic process, highlighting the often unseen stages behind finished works.
Through Art in Pages, sketchbooks were celebrated not simply as working documents, but as artworks in their own right — capturing the spontaneity, curiosity, and stories that shape an artist’s creative journey.
